Ash Moulding

I made all of the window sills, window casing, door casing, non-doored door jambs/lintels (the opening between rooms, not sure what that's called) and baseboard.

3 inch on the casing, 4" on the baseboard. The casing profile made with a two knife sharper cutter head. SCARY to see that big of an object spin that fast with only two knives taking the bites.  It required me to leave a lip on the top of the casing to prevent the profile from falling into the knives. It basically controlled the depth of the cut. A zero clearance fence was essentially impossible with this head. Video below.
